Sonic 2 - Aquatic Ruin Zone Gameplay
Here's how to get to the Act Select Screen:
Start "SONIC THE HEDGEHOG 2", go to "Options" and "Sound Test", then play the following tunes in sequence: #19, 65, 09, and 17, then press the START button while highlighted on "Sound Test", select "1 PLAYER" and press the START and the ☐ buttons simultaneously, then you can select the stage you want to start out at.
I have never seen this stage when I was a kid, so I have completed the Chemical Plant zone, the middle of this zone was hard because of the moving platforms.
